How to Return or Claim Goods
Here is a clear summary of how to proceed in case of returning or claiming goods:
Returns:
- If you wish to return goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods (the decisive date is the day of sending the withdrawal from the contract).
- Before packing the goods, please send us an email with the order number and the product code to bohemia@bohemiacrystal-eshop.com
- The goods must be properly packaged and sent at your own expense to the address of our warehouse: AXIRO Holding s.r.o., Chebská 659/21, 322 00 Plzeň 5-Křimice, Czech Republic
- The goods must arrive in their original packaging – unused and undamaged. Otherwise, we cannot refund the amount.
- Once we receive the goods at the warehouse, we will refund your money to the account you specify.
Claims:
- We prepare, pack, and ship the goods with the utmost care, but we cannot influence the shipping process itself. If you still discover damage upon delivery:
- Take photos of the damaged items.
- Send the photos along with the order number, product code, and the number of claimed items to bohemia@bohemiacrystal-eshop.com
- Please do so as soon as possible after receiving the package. We will agree on the next steps with you.
