Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is fused with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers manually blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel where the edges are trimmed. In the drawing room, workers sketch the decor lines, which are then expertly cut by the most skilled masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the design, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is entirely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of every product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
