Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to the grinding wheel, where the edges are trimmed. In the drawing room, workers pre-sketch the decoration lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding shop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decor, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is completely handmade, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking art.
