Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is joined with a colored layer. It begins with creating a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers manually blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then goes to the grinding wheel where the edges are cleaned. In the design room, the decoration lines are sketched, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding shop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and ready for shipping. The entire process is completely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
