Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beech wood mold that determines the final shape of the product. At the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then goes to a grinding wheel, where the edges are cleaned. In the drawing room, workers pre-draw the decoration lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and ready for shipment. The entire process is exclusively manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
