Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beech wood mold that defines the final shape of the product. At the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product is then taken to the grinding wheel, where the edges are refined. In the drawing room, craftsmen sketch the decorative lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding workshop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is purely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
