Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a mold from beech wood that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassblowers manually blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product then goes to the grinding wheel, where the edges are cleaned. In the drawing room, artisans sketch the decoration lines, which are then precisely ground by the most experienced masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the design, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is entirely handmade, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
