Handmade in the Czech Republic

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is fused with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece is then taken to a grinding wheel where the edges are trimmed. In the design room, workers sketch the decorative lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced master cutters. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is done entirely by hand, ensuring the uniqueness of each item and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
