Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is fused with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, craftsmen manually blow and shape molten crystal. The semi-finished piece is then taken to a grinding wheel, where the edges are trimmed. In the drawing room, artisans sketch the decoration lines, which are then expertly cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting shop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. The entire process is done exclusively by hand, ensuring the uniqueness of every piece and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
