Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, craftsmen hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel to smooth the edges. In the design studio, lines of the decor are sketched by hand, and then the most experienced masters precisely cut the decoration. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the design, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is entirely handmade, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass art.
