Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece then moves to the grinding wheel, where the edges are cleaned. In the drawing room, workers pre-draw the decor lines, which are then precisely cut by the most skilled craftsmen in the grinding room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decor, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is entirely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking art.
