Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a mold from beech wood that determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, craftsmen manually blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece then goes to a grinding wheel, where the edges are trimmed. In the drawing studio, the decorative pattern is sketched, which is then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is completely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
