Each piece is unique

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is fused with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece is then taken to a grinding wheel where the edges are trimmed. In the design room, decorative lines are sketched, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced master craftsmen. After polishing — which enhances the brilliance and depth of the design — each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is done entirely by hand, ensuring each product’s uniqueness and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
