Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold that determines the final shape of the product. At the glassworks, craftsmen blow and shape the hot crystal by hand. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel where the edges are cleaned. In the drawing room, workers sketch the decoration lines, which are then precisely cut by the most skilled masters in the cutting shop. After polishing—which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration—each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is strictly manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
