Precise manufacturing process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is fused with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape molten crystal. The semi-finished product is then taken to a grinding wheel to smooth the edges. In the drawing room, artisans sketch the decorative lines, which are then meticulously cut by the most skilled masters in the grinding workshop. After polishing, which enhances the gloss and depth of the design, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is entirely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of every product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking art.
