Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is fused with a colored layer. It starts with creating a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans blow and shape the hot crystal by hand. The semi-finished product then goes to a grinding wheel where the edges are cleaned. In the design room, decorators draw the pattern lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the pattern, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is fully manual, ensuring the uniqueness of every item and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
