Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is fused with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. At the glassworks, craftsmen hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece then moves to the grinding wheel, where the edges are smoothed. In the drawing room, artisans sketch the decoration lines, which are then expertly cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting shop. After polishing, which enhances the brilliance and depth of the decor, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is strictly manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
