Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece is then taken to the grinding wheel to smooth the edges. In the design workshop, workers sketch the decorative lines, which are then precisely cut by the most skilled masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the brilliance and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is done by hand, ensuring the uniqueness of every item and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
