Precise production process

The production of colored cased crystal is a complex process in which high-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with creating a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, craftsmen hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product is then taken to a grinding wheel to smooth the edges. In the design room, workers sketch the decorative lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting workshop. After polishing—which enhances the brilliance and depth of the decoration—each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is done by hand, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass artistry.
