Precise production process

The production of colored cased crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product is then transferred to a grinding wheel, where the edges are refined. In the design studio, workers sketch the decorative lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the pattern, each piece is carefully wrapped and prepared for shipping. The entire process is exclusively manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each item and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
