Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel where the edges are cleaned. In the design workshop, workers sketch the decoration lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the gloss and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. The entire process is entirely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass art.
