Precise Production Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process where clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold that determines the final shape of the piece. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished product is then taken to a grinding wheel to smooth the edges. In the sketching room, the decorative lines are pre-drawn, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decor, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is exclusively manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
