Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is fused with a colored layer. It starts with the creation of a beechwood mold that defines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, glassmakers hand-blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel, where the edges are trimmed. In the drawing room, the decoration lines are sketched, and in the cutting shop, the most experienced masters meticulously engrave the design. After polishing, which enhances the brilliance and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. The entire process is completely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glass art.
