Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It starts with creating a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, artisans hand-blow and shape the molten crystal. The semi-finished piece then goes to a grinding wheel, where the edges are cleaned. In the design workshop, lines of the decor are sketched, which are then precisely engraved by the most skilled masters in the cutting room. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decor, each piece is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping. The entire process is completely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each item and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking art.
