Precise Manufacturing Process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which top-quality clear lead crystal is combined with a colored layer. It begins with the creation of a mold from beech wood, determining the final shape of the product. In the glassworks, craftsmen hand-blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to a grinding wheel where the edges are refined. In the drawing workshop, workers sketch the decorative lines, which are then expertly cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding shop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for shipping. The entire process is purely manual, ensuring the uniqueness of each product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking.
