Precise production process

The production of colored layered crystal is a complex process in which clear lead crystal of the highest quality is combined with a colored layer. It begins with creating a mold from beech wood, which determines the final shape of the product. At the glassworks, glassmakers manually blow and shape the hot crystal. The semi-finished product then moves to the grinding wheel, where the edges are trimmed. In the design studio, workers sketch the decoration lines, which are then precisely cut by the most experienced masters in the grinding workshop. After polishing, which enhances the shine and depth of the decoration, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. The entire process is exclusively manual, ensuring the uniqueness of every product and reflecting the rich tradition of Czech glassmaking art.
